For the purpose of these Terms, "Company" refers to Arbicsx Capital LLC, a company located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, which provides and operates the platform and related services.

CAISY PROP LIMITED may provide technology, infrastructure, or branding support in connection with the platform.

Caisy Prop (the "Platform"), provided and operated by Arbicsx Capital LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"), offers a simulated trading evaluation program designed to assess the skills of participants in a virtual trading environment. No real funds are traded, no real brokerage accounts are opened, and no investment services are provided.

All trading performed on the Platform is conducted using simulated (demo) accounts with virtual capital for educational and skill- assessment purposes only.

By using the Platform you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable local, national and international laws.

Each user may register only one account unless explicitly authorised by the Company. Account sharing, transferring, or selling is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

Specific evaluation rules (drawdown limits, profit targets, trading days, position sizing) are described per challenge type and form an integral part of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of latency arbitrage, tick scalping exploits, or feed manipulation.
• Use of unauthorized expert advisors, copy trading or group hedging across accounts.
• Any attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
• Fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks without cause, or identity falsification.
• Money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal activity.

Fees for evaluation programs are displayed on the Platform and must be paid in full before access is granted. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Company is not liable for delays caused by such providers.

Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once the user has accessed the simulated trading environment or initiated a trade. Detailed refund conditions are set out in our separate Refund Policy.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbicsx Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant evaluation program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.

The Platform, all related services, and the entire user relationship are provided and operated by Arbicsx Capital LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Arbicsx Capital LLC is the contracting party with respect to users of the Platform.

CAISY PROP LIMITED may provide technology, infrastructure, or branding support in connection with the Platform. CAISY PROP LIMITED is not the contracting party with respect to users and does not provide the user-facing services.
