0. Definitions
For the purpose of this Refund Policy, "Company" refers to Arbicsx Capital LLC, a company located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA, which provides and operates the platform and related services. CAISY PROP LIMITED may provide technology, infrastructure, or branding support in connection with the platform.
1. Conditions for Refunds
A refund of the evaluation fee may be requested within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided that no trade has been opened, no challenge has been started, and the simulated account credentials have not been activated.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support, including the order reference and the email address used at purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- The evaluation challenge has been started or any trade has been placed.
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of the Terms.
- The user has attempted to manipulate the simulated environment.
- Add-on services or upgrades that have already been delivered.
- Promotional, discounted or free-credit purchases (unless required by law).
3. Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days from the date of approval. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the prevailing market rate at the time of refund.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of the user's account and forfeiture of any remaining balance or active evaluation, without prejudice to the Company's right to recover associated costs.
